Warranty Data Administration Analyst

Introduction

This role involves processing warranty claims for Truck North America. The position requires a blend of analytical skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication to manage and resolve warranty issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau, including proficiency in creating dashboards and visualizations.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies and contribute to problem-solving in a team environment.
• Understanding of data tools such as Power BI or Snowflake.
• 0–2 years of experience, including relevant internship or academic experience.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
• Technical knowledge of or curiosity about engines, machines, or mechanical systems.
• Strong collaboration skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Analyze data and develop reports on the overall performance of business segments.
• Analyze technical warranty issues by reviewing warranty/service documentation and vehicle/engine design details.
• Assist in failure analysis and developing reliable warranty test procedures.
• Coordinate with repair facilities and internal departments to resolve warranty claim issues.
• Create visualizations of data sets to facilitate business decision-making.
