Warranty Manager / Customer Service Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking a Warranty Manager / Customer Service Specialist who shares our dedication to quality and understands that how we respond after the sale defines our reputation. 


In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for our homeowners after move-in, ensuring warranty concerns are handled with care, speed, and professionalism. You will be the trusted bridge between our clients and our construction teams, someone who brings calm, clarity, and resolution to every interaction.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of warranty service requests, from initial homeowner contact through resolution and follow-up.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
  • Schedule and coordinate repairs and warranty services in close collaboration with construction and field teams.
  • Ensure all warranty work is completed to LEH. Homes; quality standards and within established timelines.
  • Maintain thorough, organized records of warranty claims, service history, and all customer communications.
  • Identify recurring issues or patterns and proactively recommend process improvements to reduce future warranty needs.
  • Foster a post-sale experience that reinforces homeowner confidence and strengthens the LEH. Homes brand.

 

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in warranty management, customer service, or a client-facing role (construction or home building experience is a strong plus).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, written, verbal, and in-person.
  • Strong organizational ability with experience managing multiple active cases simultaneously.
  • A solutions-first mindset: calm under pressure, resourceful, and committed to following through. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems or platforms.
  • Collaborative by nature, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
