Warranty Shipping/Receiving Associate, 2nd Shift, St. Paul, MN

This Warranty Shipping/Receiving Associate position will be 40 hours per week, shift hours are 4:00pm-12:30am, Monday-Friday (as well as up to 5 additional hours per week of overtime, when business conditions warrant).

The primary responsibilities for this position will be shipping and receiving, however, there will be other tasks assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately organize, unbox, process, and receive customer systems sent in for repair per established procedures/standards.
• Accurately organize, process, box/package, and ship repaired systems to customers per established procedures/standards.
• Maintain stock levels of needed shipping materials, ensuring packaging materials are ordered.
• Effectively and efficiently work to meet or exceed daily KPIs.
• Identify areas of concern, means of improvement, and ways to increase efficiency, communicating them to supervisor.
• Assisting Repair, Production and Inventory Teams as needed/directed.

Qualifications:

– The ideal candidate will have up to 1-year experience in shipping, receiving, and/or warehousing, have a positive attitude, have great attention to detail, and takes pride in putting in a hard day's work.

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

– Ability to prioritize tasks.

– Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

– Must be self-motivated.

– Prolonged periods of standing, bending over, lifting, or repetitive movement.

– Ability to read fine print.

– Working on a computer while at a standing desk.

– Must be able to lift up to 30+ pounds repetitively.

– Minimum education: high school diploma.
