ConMet is seeking a Warranty Technician I to join our Warranty department. This technical role supports the warranty-return process by receiving, inspecting, documenting, and tracking returned parts. The Warranty Technician performs initial failure analysis and provides accurate, timely information to Warranty, Quality, and Engineering teams.
This is an onsite (not hybrid or remote) job based at ConMets Technical Center in Vancouver, Washington. This role is open to local candidates; relocation assistance is not available.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate is paid on a weekly basis in accordance with current payroll practices. This position is eligible for overtime.
New hires generally start between $20 - $26 per hour. The full hourly range is $20 - $36 per hour. The upper portion of the range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience.

Vacation: Two weeks of vacation per year. Increase to three weeks after five years, four weeks after 15 years and five weeks after 20 years.
