WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Client is seeking Talent Acquisition Specialists to support high-volume hiring in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. This role focuses on coordinating and supporting the hiring process in partnership with Client’s designated RPO provider.
This is not a direct recruiting role and does not include candidate sourcing or requisition ownership. Instead, this position plays a critical role in ensuring interview coordination, candidate flow, pre-employment compliance, and onboarding readiness are executed efficiently to support aggressive hiring targets.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Talent Acquisition Support (Coordination-Focused)
- Coordinate recruiting activities in partnership with Client’s designated RPO provider; this role does not perform sourcing or direct recruiting
- Support end-to-end interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate flow management
- Partner with interview teams to drive timely and effective hiring decisions
- Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready interview documentation
- Ensure candidate evaluations align with defined role requirements and established hiring criteria
- Monitor staffing plans, including backfills, to ensure alignment with ramp targets and forecasted hiring needs
Candidate Experience & Hiring Coordination- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the scheduling and pre-start process
- Provide clear communication on interview logistics, next steps, and onboarding requirements
- Support offer coordination and handoffs in partnership with the RPO and HR team
- Ensure a consistent, positive, and timely candidate experience
Pre-Start & Compliance Tracking- Track, monitor, and drive completion of all pre-employment requirements, including:
- Drug screenings
- Background checks
- Employment eligibility documentation (Form I-9 and supporting documentation)
Follow up with candidates to resolve missing or incomplete onboarding requirements
Maintain accurate onboarding and compliance status records in Client-designated systems
Onboarding Administration- Manage onboarding workflows in alignment with Client policies and procedures
- Ensure all required onboarding documentation is completed prior to orientation
- Coordinate onboarding timelines to align with scheduled orientation sessions
- Escalate risks, delays, or compliance issues to Client leadership as needed
Reporting & Hiring Support- Track hiring progress against staffing plans and ramp targets
- Support reporting related to hiring readiness, onboarding status, and candidate flow
- Identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks impacting hiring timelines
- Participate in regular hiring reviews and operational check-ins
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience supporting highvolume hiring environments.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Clear, professional communication and relationshipbuilding ability.
Preferred Qualifications- Manufacturing or hourly workforce recruiting experience.
- Experience using an ATS or HRIS system.
- Ability to support multiple requisitions simultaneously.
