They are currently seeking a Wash Bay Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Wash Bay department and ensure company equipment is maintained, clean, compliant, and ready for service.
Position Overview
The Wash Bay Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing wash bay operations and supervising a team of four employees. This individual will work closely with multiple department managers to coordinate the scheduling and servicing of company equipment assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and work alongside a team of 4 wash bay employees
- Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant wash bay facility
- Operate and move CDL trucks and equipment as needed
- Coordinate equipment scheduling with department managers across operations, fleet, maintenance, fabrication, and the transfer station
- Oversee employee performance, including training, disciplinary actions, hiring, and terminations
- Ensure all company equipment assets are properly cleaned, maintained, and ready for operation
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience
- Clean driver’s license required
- Ability to move and operate CDL trucks and heavy equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Knowledge of OSHA standards preferred
