Miami Mobile Laundry Associate (Scrubber) (1099 Contractor Position)

NoScrubs is a tech startup building the most convenient and affordable "Laundry on Demand" app. We are looking for motivated people to join us as Scrubbers, the powerhouses of our operations. If you need work that lets you:

The Hiring Process: We value your time, so we keep things moving.
- Online Application: A 5-minute initial form.
- Orientation: A one-time, 2-hour in-person session at the office in Midtown Miami 33127 (near Midtown Target).
Note: Orientation sessions occur on Wednesdays @ 12 pm, & Thursday/Friday 12 pm & 3 pm. We conduct a background check during orientation.
The Role:
- Total Flexibility: Claim orders 7 days a week between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- The Workflow: Pick up laundry from a customer, head to one of our partner laundry facilities to wash, dry, and fold, then deliver it back to the customer.
- Supplies Provided: We provide all detergent and laundry supplies—no out-of-pocket costs for you.
- Choose Your Area: You can choose to claim orders in whatever part of Miami works best for you.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License and active Auto Insurance.
- A reliable, closed-roof vehicle.
- Ability to lift/carry up to ~50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for several hours while processing orders.
Earnings:
- Pay Structure: Flat rate per order ($23) + weight overage + keep 100% of your tips.
- Freedom: No uniforms. Just dress comfortably and work at your own pace.
