What You May Lead

What You Will Bring

Qualifications will vary by opportunity, but organizations may seek:

• Progressive experience in healthcare facilities, environmental services, food and nutrition, supply chain, materials management, security, safety, or another support-services area
• Previous leadership experience as a director, manager, supervisor, or comparable professional
• Strong knowledge of the regulations, safety standards, and operational requirements relevant to the position
• Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, inventory, equipment, or facilities
• The ability to prioritize competing needs and respond calmly to operational challenges
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Rural hospital, Critical Access Hospital, public hospital district, long-term care, FQHC, or community healthcare experience
• Relevant education, certification, or technical credentials based on the position
