Job Summary:Ally Waste is hiring for the exciting Waste Leveler position which is a fundamental role to deliver our waste support services to the apartment communities we serve. The Waste Leveler role consists of redistributing trash flow, cleaning up around dumpsters and compactors, and maintaining detailed reports. Duties/Responsibilities:Using a company truck, drive to 20-25 properties daily on assigned routeCheck in, take photos, and document bulky items/furniture at each property using our proprietary appSweep up around each dumpster or compactorBreak down large boxes and ensure proper recycling practices are being followedWhere necessary, move trash bags from one dumpster to another to eliminate overflowing trashWork quickly and efficiently to complete route before waste hauler arrivesPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at a timeMust be able to get in and out of truck hundreds of times throughout the shiftMust be able to move quickly using a broom and dustpanMust be able to operate a vehicle safely for 8+ hours at a timeMust be able to work the early shift of 2 AM to 10 AMDriving Requirement:Driver's license and driving record in good standingCompensation and Benefits:PTO and sick daysHealth benefit options$17-$20 per hour based on experienceOvertime available to top performersOther Details:This is not a seasonal position, and we are looking for serious, long-term, full-time employees.
