Our client is a well established ESCO. They are looking to expand their offerings and solutions throughout the Midwest. This position is part of a key growth program. They will be using their existing relationships in the municipal space to target water waste water efficiency projects. This individual must have experience identifying ECM's specific to water treatment facilities. They will be responsible for all aspects of project development.
10+ years of experience performing project engineering duties within municipal facilities.
Proposal writing skills.
BS in Civil Engineering or related Engineering Field.
PE is preferred.
