Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day waste treatment operations, ensuring safe and efficient processes
- Lead, train, and develop a team of technicians within the treatment area
- Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies
- Monitor and optimize treatment systems, equipment, and chemical processes
- Partner with EHS and operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and regulatory records
- Respond to operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly

The Successful Applicant
- Prior experience supervising waste treatment or environmental operations
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, EPA, or equivalent)
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or chemical environments
- Proven leadership ability managing teams and driving accountability
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally with safety and operations teams
