Summary
As a Water/Wastewater Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing water and wastewater construction projects efficiently and on schedule. You will oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring that projects meet quality and safety standards
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, in collaboration with the project team
- Manage financial aspect of contracts including fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses to protect the company's interest
- Plan, organize and staff key field positions through the Regional Operations Manager and/or General Superintendent
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the water and wastewater construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure systems, including treatment plants, pipelines, and distribution networks
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
