Wastewater Project Manager/Construction Manager

Project Partners is seeking an experienced Wastewater Project Manager / Construction Manager to support a public sector agency in South Orange County, CA. This is an on-site and part-time position that is anticipated to require at least 20 hours per week. This opportunity is well suited for an experienced wastewater professional who can quickly step into ongoing projects, manage multiple priorities, and provide dependable oversight with minimal ramp-up time.

As a Wastewater Project Manager / Construction Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and coordinate multiple wastewater and infrastructure projects concurrently.
• Provide day-to-day project management and construction management support.
• Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, agency staff, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Review, track, and process shop drawings and contractor submittals.
• Review and coordinate responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Monitor project activities, schedules, outstanding issues, and required follow-up.
• Coordinate with field inspectors regarding construction progress, quality, and project requirements.
• Assist with resolving construction-related issues and maintaining communication among project stakeholders.
• Support contract administration and maintain organized project documentation
• Help ensure projects remain aligned with agency requirements, schedules, and quality expectations.
