Rosina Food Products is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Coordinator to support and oversee wastewater treatment operations within our food manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working hands-on with equipment and systems, and helping maintain safe and compliant operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate day-to-day wastewater treatment operations across all shifts
  • Monitor systems and equipment to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance
  • Assign and follow up on departmental tasks and priorities
  • Support preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed
  • Monitor water and wastewater samples and adjust treatment chemicals accordingly
  • Maintain required documentation and records for inspections and compliance
  • Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams
  • Assist with training and development of wastewater associates
  • Coordinate contractor activity and sludge/grease removal operations
  • Respond to operational issues and emergencies as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of related wastewater or industrial treatment experience preferred
  • Experience within a food manufacturing environment is highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of chemistry and wastewater systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Comfortable working in wet environments and around industrial equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 60–75 lbs as needed
