Weekend Night Shift
  • Thursday: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Friday: 10:30 PM - 11:00 AM
  • Saturday: 10:30 PM - 11:00 AM
  • Sunday: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Wastewater Operator to support daily wastewater treatment operations. This position is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and operating wastewater processing equipment while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, following procedures, and maintaining accurate operational records.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and operate wastewater treatment systems and equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections of pumps, tanks, controls, and processing equipment.
  • Collect samples and perform basic testing to ensure process requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and production documentation.
  • Adjust equipment and processes as needed to maintain proper operation.
  • Identify and report equipment issues, leaks, malfunctions, or safety concerns.
  • Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks around the facility.
  • Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in wastewater treatment, manufacturing, utilities, or industrial operations preferred.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment.
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to operational issues.
  • Ability to work in an industrial environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work around industrial equipment and processing areas.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
  • Ability to perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
