Job Description
- Monitor the operational status of MCEN services and systems
- Receive and track network outages, incidents and significant events
- Maintain situational awareness for the operations center/watch floor
- Coordinate with network operations, cybersecurity, service desk, field teams and stakeholders
- Escalate significant incidents to the technical teams and leadership
- Track incidents through resolution and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare shift turnover reports, daily operational summaries and incident reports
- Participate in incident bridges or conference calls during major outages
- Monitor trouble tickets
