This role focuses on instructing participants using proper form and technique to promote fitness in a fun and supportive environment.Requirements:Must be at least 16 years of ageAbility to work evenings & MondaysCurrent certification in aerobics and/or water aerobics, or prior experience leading water aerobics classesCPR/AED/Oxygen Administration certification preferredStrong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skillsAbility to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and perspectivesA natural ability to build rapport and inspire othersCommitment to upholding the YMCA's core valuesPass a 10-panel drug screenClear a Level 2 background check*Pay & Perks: Part-time, $22.00 - $25.00 per class, based on experience.
