What We Do

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician / Restoration Laborer, you'll be on the front lines of disaster recovery — helping families and businesses get back on their feet. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• • Water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification
  • Demolition of water-damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation)
  • Mold remediation and moisture control procedures
  • Content cleaning, pack-out services, and debris removal
  • Operating restoration equipment: air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters
  • Vehicle and equipment maintenance
  • Job site cleanup and warehouse organization
  • Inventory management and supply loading
  • Upholding OSHA safety standards at all times
  • Delivering empathetic, professional customer service during crisis situations

What We're Looking For:

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs (fitness assessment required)
• FBI background check clearance
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Flexibility for overtime and on-call scheduling

Preferred

• Background in construction, trades, renovation, or demolition
• Prior restoration industry or water mitigation experience
• Customer service experience
