Water Mitigation and Mold Technician

Reports To: VP of Emergency Services Department

Job Duties:

• Placing drying equipment and monitoring progress
• Job updating via the internet and multiple apps on your phone
• Removal of damaged items, such as flooring, drywall, baseboard, etc
• Obtaining IICRC certifications in Mold Remediation, Water Mitigation, and fire mitigation courtesy of Paul Davis University

Qualifications:

• Be able to work M-F 8-5 (be on call 1-2 weeks a month)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
• Be punctual and respectful of client's time
• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred
• Be able to take exceptional photos
• Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property
• Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood, mold, and fire damage)
• Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
