Arizona Restoration Contractors is looking for a skilled and motivated Water Mitigation Lead Technician to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise water mitigation crews on residential and commercial job sites
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping using industry-standard equipment
• Conduct initial damage assessments and develop effective mitigation plans
• Monitor and document drying progress using moisture meters and thermal imaging
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with IICRC S500 standards and safety protocols
• Communicate job status updates to project managers, adjusters, and clients
• Manage equipment inventory, placement, and daily monitoring logs
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and proper techniques

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in water mitigation, water damage restoration, or a related field
• IICRC WRT certification required. ASD preferred
• Proficiency with drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and documentation
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and on-call emergency response
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or challenging environments
