We’re looking for a skilled, motivated, and experienced Water Mitigation Production Manager to lead our mitigation team, ensure high-quality service, and drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of water mitigation projects from start to finish
- Manage, train, and schedule mitigation technicians and crew members
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to industry standards
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols
- Track job progress, documentation, and job profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in water mitigation or restoration
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- IICRC WRT certification desired (ASD and other certifications a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to respond to emergency calls and work flexible hours when needed
