This role pays $18–$20/hour, with premium rates available.What You Bring to the Table:Physical strength and stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periodsA valid driver's license and reliable transportationFlexibility for the occasional emergency call, night, or weekendA positive, team-first attitudePreferred candidates will have prior experience in construction, demolition, or property restoration, along with a basic understanding of water, fire, or mold damage cleanup. Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as OSHA 10 certification or other safety training, is a plus!THE REALITY OF THE ROLEThis is not a typical 9-to-5. This is a dynamic, on-call position where your hours depend entirely on emergency call volume-some weeks might be 15 hours, others might be 50. If you need a rigid schedule, this isn't it.
