We are seeking hardworking, dependable Water Mitigation Technicians to join our growing restoration team in Ozark, Missouri. Whether you have previous water mitigation experience or come from a construction, carpet cleaning, or skilled trades background, we provide the training needed to become successful in the restoration industry.
As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies, perform water extraction, drying, sanitation, and moisture monitoring, and help restore properties following water, sewage, and other moisture-related losses. Our work follows IICRC-certified restoration standards, and our experienced managers will provide guidance and ensure quality throughout each project.

Work Schedule
Water damage emergencies happen at all hours, so flexibility is essential.
Full-time position with core hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be available to respond to after-hours emergency calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Rotating on-call schedule
Overtime opportunities available based on emergency response needs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies.
Perform water extraction using professional restoration equipment.
Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers.
Perform sewage cleanup and sanitization when required.
Take and document moisture readings throughout the drying process.
Remove damaged materials as needed to facilitate drying.
Follow IICRC standards and company procedures for all mitigation work.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, insurance representatives, and internal team members.
Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and moisture logs.
Ensure equipment is clean, organized, and ready for emergency deployment.
Maintain a safe and clean job site while following all safety procedures.
Note: This position focuses on water mitigation and emergency restoration. Reconstruction and remodeling work is performed by subcontracted general contractors
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Experience
Water mitigation or restoration experience preferred but not required
Construction experience such as:
Drywall
Framing
Flooring
General carpentry
Carpet cleaning
Other hands-on skilled trades
Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
Comfortable working in environments affected by water or sewage damage while using proper PPE
Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently and independently
Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and emergency calls
Ability to communicate professionally with customers
