CLASSIFICATION TITLE: WATER PARK ATTENDANT (SEASONAL)
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION:
Take entry ticket and put armband on patrons for Spivey Splash Waterpark admission; check patron's bags; host parties; monitor and maintain waterpark for cleanliness and safety of patrons.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The following duties are normal for this position. The omission of specific statements of the duties does not exclude them from the classification if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this classification. Other duties may be required and assigned. Take entry ticket and put armband on Patrons for Spivey Splash admission. Host parties booked in party rooms. Check Spivey Splash Waterpark patron's bags for any outside food/alcohol. Maintain areas for cleanliness and safety of patrons. Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 16 years of age or older to apply. Must possess a driver's license or a picture I.D. Must possess an original social security card. 2 Letters of Recommendation are required if applicant is under the age of 17.Good basic math skills are required. Must be comfortable working outside in summer conditions. Excellent customer service skills are helpful. Must be comfortable working with children. Must be available for work on weekends and holidays. Must attend all staff meetings, orientations and trainings. May be required to perform duties on a split shift. MUST

Physical Ability: Task require the regular and sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work, typically involving some combinations of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling and that generally involves lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-50 pounds.)
Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, sounds, odor, depth, texture and visual cues or signals. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally.

SCHEDULE - SUBJECT TO CHANGE Tuesday through Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 10:00am-8:00pm, Sunday 12:00p-7:00pm and holidays.
