Water & Pipe Foreman

We are a full-service construction company managing a wide range of projects, including commercial construction, road and highway development, and underground utilities. We're currently seeking an experienced Water & Pipe Foreman to lead crews on critical infrastructure and utility work.

Position Summary:
The Water & Pipe Foreman will oversee crews on water line, storm, and sanitary sewer installations. This position requires strong leadership, field experience, and a clear understanding of underground utility work. You’ll coordinate closely with other foremen, project managers, and inspectors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew performing water, storm, and sewer line installations
• Coordinate daily job site activities with other foremen and supervisors
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Communicate clearly with team members, subcontractors, and project managers
• Monitor productivity, track progress, and report project status
• Troubleshoot issues in the field and ensure timely resolutions
• Operate or supervise the operation of heavy equipment as needed
