Seeking a dependable Water Plant Operator to support daily operations at a water treatment facility in Boone, Iowa. Responsibilities include monitoring and operating treatment processes such as aeration, lime softening, filtration, and disinfection, adjusting chemical feeds, collecting samples, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining logs. The role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and on-call rotations. Preferred qualifications include a Grade II Water Operator License and familiarity with SCADA and CMMS systems. Must have a valid Iowa Driver's License and be able to perform physical work.
