Water Resources Engineer Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a qualified Water Resources Engineer with 4‑10 years of experience to support our Water Resources Group in the San Bernardino office. The Engineer will serve as a Project Engineer on complex water resource‑related projects for municipal clients and support other firm divisions as requested.Duties and Responsibilities Provide project engineering and task management on water resources design projects.Supervise and delegate work to junior engineers and support staff for hydraulic engineering tasks within large projects.Conduct stormwater collection systems modeling and design.Perform floodplain, inundation, and hydrologic studies.Perform sediment transport and scour analyses to support water resources projects.Assist in water resources permitting efforts.Collect, evaluate, and present data in technical reports and oral presentations.Assist in the preparation of engineering plans and specifications for detention facilities, storm drains, flood control facilities, and other hydraulic structures.Work independently and within multidisciplinary teams of geomorphologists, biologists, planners, emergency managers, and additional hydraulic and water resources engineers.Contribute to business development, marketing, and proposal preparation efforts.Required Experience Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering.Master's degree with an emphasis in Hydrology and/or Hydraulics (or related) preferred.4‑10 years of increasingly responsible, professional experience in the study, design, and construction administration of water resource‑related projects.California Professional Engineer License, or ability to obtain within 6 months.Note: Wilson & Company is not currently sponsoring applicants for work visas.Job Location: San Bernardino, CAAnnual Salary Range: $100,000 – $135,000+ (depending on experience)We are proud to be an EEO employer and maintain a drug‑free workplace.
