The Regional Water Resources Practice Leader combines technical expertise in water resources engineering with practice-building, team leadership, and client development. The leader will represent the firm to clients, partners, and industry organizations while ensuring excellence in project delivery and strategic growth.

Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 15 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the Central Texas Water Resources practice
Serve as Senior Project Manager or Project Principal on major water resources projects, providing technical oversight
Partner with Parkhill’s Marketing and Business Development teams to create and execute a regional business development plan aligned with the Civil Engineering division strategy
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders
Collaborate across office locations to leverage Parkhill’s collective water resources expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university
Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in Texas
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Water Resources and/or water/wastewater treatment
Experience working with state, regional, and/pr public agencies – municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties, and/or state agencies
Expert level knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety regulations
Proven success in practice growth, client development, and business acquisition
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
