Water Restoration Technician/Asbestos Supervisor

ServiceMASTER of Redmond and their sister company Asbestos Abatement Solutions is looking to hire an Asbestos Supervisor/Water Restoration Technician. In this role you will be working most of the time as a Water technician and part of the time as an asbestos supervisor. This will change as we grow the abatement company. We service the King and Snohomish County area.

DUTIES:

• Scope abatement projects
• Perform abatement work
• Supervise and train employees
• Identify the source of the problem and scope of the water damage
• Perform water extraction and light construction demo
• Set up air movers and/or dehumidifiers and monitor daily
• Complete paperwork
• Input and check jobs utilizing our software
• Support Team Members

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Asbestos Supervisor Card
• Able to communicate with others in written and verbal form-ESL welcomed
• Able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Able to work a rotating on call schedule. (OT)
• Requires a valid driver's license

Wage's DOE plus full benefits plus OT
