About the Role:
PD Franchise NJ Management LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Bridgewater, MA. Responsibilities:

• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification on residential and commercial properties
• Assess and document water damage using moisture detection equipment
• Set up, monitor, and break down drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers
• Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process to ensure satisfaction
• Follow IICRC standards and safety protocols on every job site
• Coordinate with project managers and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently
• Respond to emergency water damage calls, including after-hours situations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in water damage restoration, remediation, or a related trade preferred
• IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification is a plus
• Ability to operate moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and drying equipment
• Strong physical stamina — ability to lift heavy equipment and work in demanding conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Availability for on-call and emergency response shifts
