Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or industrial environments
Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round
Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hours per shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong mechanical aptitude
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed
Candidates living within 50 miles of Bushnell, FL are preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift operating experience
Experience in scrap metal recycling or heavy industrial operations
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Key Responsibilities
Monitor pumps, filters, piping systems, centrifuges, and water treatment equipment
Monitor and maintain chemical systems
Collect water samples for testing
Adjust metering pumps and replace chemical totes as needed
Clear minor water line blockages using water and air equipment
Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on plant equipment
Lubricate equipment and inspect for wear
Complete maintenance records and documentation
Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment as needed
Troubleshoot production equipment and make operational adjustments
Perform facility housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and general cleanup
Communicate with teammates by radio regarding production and safety
Cross-train in other operational roles as needed
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

This hands-on role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the facility's water treatment systems, performing preventative maintenance, operating equipment, and supporting safe, efficient plant operations.
