Water Technician Supervisor

Technician - Mitigation and Construction MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Position Overview: The Technician is responsible for performing the physical work associated with all projects, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, and other emergency services. The Technician will follow instructions from the Project Manager and Superintendent and utilize the Proven Jobs software to clock in/out, scan equipment in and out.

Key Responsibilities: ● Set up and monitor equipment such as dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and pumps. ● Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment for all team members. ● Perform mitigation work according to project specifications, including water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration. ● Utilize Encircle to monitor, analyze, and report on hydro-related data. (Note: We can show everyone how to do this if you are not familiar with these functions) ● Maintain accurate records of work completed with Proven Jobs clock in/clock out, equipment used, and time spent on-site using Proven Jobs software. ● Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all work is done correctly and meets industry standards. ● Document all jobs in Encircle. ● Clean and maintain equipment. ● Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse between jobs. ● Organize and inventory equipment and supplies. ● Keep the grounds around the warehouse clean and free of debris. ● Keep the Box Truck stocked and ready to roll. ● Report any defective equipment to the Superintendent. ● Communicate any issues or concerns to the Project Manager or Superintendent in real-time. ● Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients in a professional manner. ● Adhere to the company dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
