Sandling Industrial Services is seeking a Water Treatment Operator to join our field operations team. This is a traveling position supporting industrial water and wastewater treatment projects at customer facilities throughout the United States.
\nThe Water Treatment Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and monitoring of water and wastewater treatment systems. This position is hands-on and may involve operating pumps, filtration and dewatering equipment, chemical feed systems, tanks, hoses, and other treatment equipment.
\nDaily responsibilities may include collecting water samples, performing field testing, monitoring treatment conditions, recording operating data, making process adjustments, inspecting equipment, troubleshooting operational issues, and performing basic equipment maintenance.
\nOperators will work closely with supervisors, other field personnel, and customer representatives to maintain safe and efficient treatment operations. Projects and treatment processes will vary by location, giving operators exposure to a wide range of industrial water and wastewater applications.
\nThis position requires regular travel and may include extended stays at project locations. Work schedules will vary depending on project requirements and may include extended shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime.
\nPrevious water treatment experience is beneficial but not required. We are willing to train dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who are willing to learn, travel, and work as part of a team.
