About the Role:

• As a Water Treatment Specialist, you will perform the daily monitoring of water system functions.
• This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, which is responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct cold water tank and hot water storage unit inspections.
• Carry out all allocated service works within schedules to meet given deadlines and in accordance with health and safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Clean and disinfect showers, pipework systems, cold water storage tanks, and cooling towers under supervision.
• Complete complex chemical and non-chemical water treatments.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2 to 5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience working on commercial equipment is required.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Water Treatment Specialist role is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Water Treatment Specialist role is $80,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
