What Were Looking For

Must have:
the ability to complete continuing education and training
a basic understanding of hydraulics, collections system operation & maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment and structures
the ability to learn and operate Combination Sewer Cleaner Vacuum Truck and Closed-Circuit TV camera equipment
the ability to obtain and maintain a valid CDL license within 6 months of hire
Good verbal communication skills are required
Ability to perform basic mathematics
Computer skills including familiarity with word, excel, and adobe is preferred, to include basic blueprint and map reading
One year of mechanical aptitude in one of the following areas: water, wastewater, plumbing, wastewater collections, and/or municipal utilities required
Must be able to:
lift 50 to 80 lbs. frequently, and up to 100 plus lbs. occasionally
pass mandated physical exams
