Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and manage water and wastewater utility infrastructure projects
- Oversee construction administration and project execution
- Conduct site visits and participate in client and public meetings
- Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
- Prepare proposals, scope-of-work documents, and contract estimates
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and industry networks
- Mentor and manage team members to support professional development
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Kentucky
- 10–15 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design and construction administration within a consulting environment
- Strong technical expertise in water resource engineering
- Experience in planning, design, bidding, and construction phases of infrastructure projects
- Proven project management and leadership skills
- Experience in proposal development and client service management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Newforma preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
