Responsibilities include performing technical design, planning, construction administration, and start-up services for water/wastewater utilities, developing engineering calculations, specifications, reports, and cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with standards.
Minimum qualifications: 5+ years of experience in utility systems, a relevant Bachelor's degree, a PE license or near certification, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Master's degree, industry connections, and experience with alternative project delivery methods.
