As a Water/Wastewater Engineer, you'll help shape the infrastructure that keeps cities running and people safe.Duties:Design, lead, and manage projects involving treatment, distribution, and collection systems.Collaborate with engineers, operators, and municipal clients to develop creative, cost-effective solutions.Oversee project scopes, budgets, and schedules while mentoring junior staff.Prepare reports, technical memoranda, and construction documents that reflect high standards of quality.Engage with clients and communities to communicate technical ideas clearly and confidently.Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as you grow into a trusted advisor.Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's a plus).5+ years of experience in water/wastewater system design and project delivery.PE license or EIT actively pursuing licensure.Experience with AutoDesk tools and hydraulic/process modeling software.Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit is a plus.Excellent communication, organization, and mentoring skills.Body, mind, and wallet—LaBella's benefits support a holistic approach to your health and wellness, creating the foundation for physical, mental, and financial well-being.
