We are seeking an Engineer III or IV to join our Water/Wastewater team in Panama City, FL .We are offering a hiring bonus of up to $10,000 for selected candidate!ResponsibilitiesLeading and managing the planning, design, and production of lift stations, pipelines and/or water/wastewater treatment systems.Overseeing others, providing scopes, and ensuring alignment with goals, schedules, and budget.Using team management skills to lead the design group during the conceptual phase of product development following CPH and client's standards and templates.Directs development of an action plan and estimates requirements for resources management, labor, materials, and time required to complete project.Developing deliverables including plans, design reports and technical specifications.Supervising junior engineers in evaluation of shop drawings, and oversight of construction administration duties as the Engineer of Record.Monitoring progress of development project and compares actual costs with estimates.Preparing monthly reports detailing progress and costs for next level management.Working with Project Managers to develop scope and manhour estimates for various projects.Reviewing and studying existing equipment, facilities, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, increase quality, and reduce costs.Periodic travel to perform business development, project management, site investigations, and construction observation.
