This includes design, client contact, business development, mentoring and the following responsibilities:Develop facility plans, master planning reports, specifications, and design drawingsLead internal and external project workshopsTake projects from concept to bid-ready documentsManage services during constructionLead construction permitting with regulatory agenciesLead scope, schedule, and fee development with project management supportCollaborate with clients and regulatory agenciesMentor multi-discipline project teamsParticipate in business developmentLead the evaluation, study, and design of water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and treatment systemsI've worked at large and small design firms across the nation.
