H2O Innovation is seeking a Water & Wastewater Project Manager for its newly constructed, state-of-the-art Water Reuse Facility located at a corporate campus in Austin, TX. This position works under the supervision of the Area Manager of WaterHub Operations and will oversee the administration, operation, and maintenance of the WaterHub water reuse project.
The Manager will manage and be responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of various pumps, motors, and piping, as well as the plant's process equipment such as membrane bioreactors (MBRs), reverse osmosis (RO), rotary screens, blowers, hydroponic reactors, and ultraviolet disinfection. This position will include plant supervision, performing short and long-range planning, plant budgets and monthly reports. Duties will also include managing capital improvement projects. You will help ensure that the plant is adequately staffed with qualified personnel to achieve the groups targets and production objectives. The facility is new, highly automated, and highly complex. You will manage the project to continue and enhance H2O Innovation's goals within their decentralized water reuse projects.

Plan, organize, supervise, and schedule resources to meet program and production goals
Analyze, develop, revise, and improve scheduling, standards, and procurement methods
Conduct studies, analyze data, and prepare reports of findings and recommendations
Formulate and administer budgets
Develop work-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Modify work assignments of employees in accordance with plant needs
Formulate, interpret, enforce, and apply policies and regulatory requirements controlling plant processes
Recommend staffing levels and equipment purchase and replacement

On-call for afterhours, remote response to process alarms
Coordinate plant safety and security needs
Assist with the coordination of Capital Improvement Projects to upgrade and/or expand plant facilities
Conduct specialized tours for visitors and VIP's of our unique plant
Maintain excellent working relationships with host site personnel
Frequent public contact by telephone and in person
Frequent participation in meetings
Hands-on operations and maintenance (working manager)
