DescriptionJoin our team as a Project Engineer within our Utilities (Water/Wastewater) practice area. This is a hybrid role based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina office.In this role, you will contribute to the planning, design, and management of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, distribution, and collection systems. You will oversee project execution, develop process designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Ideal candidates have experience in water/wastewater treatment processes, hydraulic modeling, permitting, and construction administration, with a passion for delivering sustainable and resilient water infrastructure solutions.Assist in the design of water and wastewater treatment systems, pump stations, and utility infrastructurePerform engineering calculations, hydraulic modeling, and process designPrepare technical reports, design drawings, and construction specificationsSupport permitting efforts and regulatory compliance documentationParticipate in project meetings, field investigations, and construction site visitsCollaborate closely with project managers, senior engineers, and other technical staffHelp track project progress, budgets, and schedulesStay current with industry trends, tools, and regulations related to water infrastructureWhy WR?
