Waterproofing Consultant

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering, and construction firm is seeking a Waterproofing Consultant/PM to help expand its service offerings in roofing, waterproofing, building envelope design, and construction management at either their Palo Alto or Oakland, CA office.

Your Day Includes:

• Managing roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope repair and reconstruction projects from planning and design through completion
• Providing construction administration and field oversight, including site visits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project closeout
• Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Developing repair scopes, construction documents, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules
• Providing technical expertise on roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems and construction methods
• Managing multiple projects involving apartments, condominiums, commercial, and government buildings

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline
• 5 to 7 years of experience in construction and/or construction management
