B-Dry Systems and Ram Jack of Louisville has immediate openings for full time, year round Waterproofing – Foundation Repair Team Members. No experience necessary but previous experience in waterproofing, construction, concrete, drainage installation is a plus. This is a great opportunity for inexperienced laborers to learn a trade.
$19.00 per hour starting pay, higher with experience
$1.00 per hour attendance bonus available
Weekly Pay by Direct Deposit or Check
Overtime available if desired
Monday through Friday work week starting at 7:30 am and typically ending 4 to 6 pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions.
- May operate a variety of hand and power tools including demo hammers, drills, breakers.
- May use construction equipment – excavator, skid steer, Dingo, trencher.
- Install drain tiles and drainage systems
- Clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials.
- Mix and Lay concrete
- May do light carpentry and plumbing work
- Maintain and clean all equipment
- Physical labor involving hauling and excavating at job sites
- Maintain Safe work environment
- Perform materials handling and storage, load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
- Performs other duties as directed by supervisor
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience:
- Previous experience in construction a plus
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crawling, and lifting items up to 90+ pounds
- We will provide Company paid training
