Lead Superintendent For Pump Station ProjectLead all on-site construction activities for a major infrastructure project in New Bedford, MA. Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, trade coordination, safety compliance, and project scheduling. Oversee construction of an approximately $18M pump station and related support structures. Coordinate complex underground utility installation activities, including deep excavation work and utility infrastructure construction. Ensure quality, productivity, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. Work closely with project management and leadership teams to maintain project success and client satisfaction. Support the completion of a project that is approximately six months into construction with roughly one year remaining. Travel primarily within the South Shore region as future project assignments become available.
