SUMMARY
Works collaboratively with the faculty in the Department of Music to ensure maximum efficiencies within the department. All student professionals will assist with seasonal tasks and assignments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Department of Music with office-related functions such as photocopying, program creation, locker management, instrument inventory, etc.
Acquisition, filing, sorting, distribution of choral and orchestral music
Assist with music department events such as recitals, concerts, and Music Fest
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a currently enrolled WAU student registered for at least 12 credits
Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
Member of Columbia Collegiate Chorale, Pro Musica, or NEYE
Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to read music, preferable with piano skills
Familiarity with notation software such as Sibelius, Finale, Noteflight, etc.
Must be available on weekends and evenings
