Technical Expertise in Unified Communications:
*
Proven background in unified communications systems.
*
Essential experience with Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) and Unified Communications.
*
Strong understanding of VoIP fundamentals and voice/data architectures.
Networking and System Administration:
*
Strong general knowledge of IP networking protocols and security.
*
Experience with Broadcom VMWare and KVM Administration.
*
Proficiency in Windows OS 2016, 2019, and 2022 Server.
*
General knowledge of Microsoft AD, SQL DB, Windows OS, and RHEL.
*
Ability to install, operate, and maintain data networked software applications, components, and operating systems.
*
General knowledge of encryption and protocols.
Information Assurance and Procedures:
*
Strong general knowledge of Information Assurance and implementation.
*
Skill in developing and documenting backup procedures and network requirements.
Communication and Professionalism:
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*
Ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
*
Must demonstrate attention to detail and maintain a flawless execution mindset.
Work Style:

Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 USD

Basic Requirements

4+ years experience in one of the following: IP Networking, CAD, System Management, Network Engineering, Networking Equipment, Solution Architecture, ASTRO 25, WAVE VOIP, LMR, RF Systems, Radio Frequency, Radio Communications, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, VMware Broadcom, KVM, SQL Database, Windows, IT, Motorola, Military experience, or Public Safety experience.
