Shift: 12.5 Hour Shifts and 3x3 weekly rotation

Job entails the transferring of fluids from trucks to facility. This position involves grinding solids and making them into slurries to acceptable levels for injection. The Position involves High Pressure Injections and fluid / waste management. Employees must be able to complete physical labor throughout the facility. Job entails the use of centrifugal pumps, High Pressure Pumps, Shakers, Augers, Vac systems, Agitators and Grinding Mills. Specialists learn equipment repair for equipment at the facility. Employees must be able to read manifests and approve and deny based on fluid acceptable at the facility. Proper fluid management when dealing with different fluids mixing capabilities.

The WCE Field Specialist - ESÂ is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WCE Field Specialist - ESÂ identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery. * Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.* Responsible for service delivery execution.* Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.* Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.* Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.* Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.* Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.* Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.* Maintain the required safety training.
