Do you enjoy working with young children and being part of a supportive, fun team? The Goddard School of Hilliard is looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our amazing staff!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist lead teachers in providing a safe and engaging classroom environment for children
- Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster learning and growth
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interactive activities
- Assist with potty training and help children during daily routines
- Build positive relationships with children and communicate with families about their child’s progress
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for fun learning each day

Expectations for Performance:

What You Need:
- High school diploma required; Early Childhood Education degree or coursework is a plus
- Previous experience working with young children preferred
- Experience with potty training or willingness to assist in the process
- A genuine love for working with children and helping them learn and grow
- Strong communication skills and a positive, patient attitude
