Abier’s Brow Lounge is seeking an experienced, polished, and service-driven Ohio Licensed Esthetician to join our luxury beauty team. We are looking for a professional who brings both technical skill and an elevated client experience, with expertise in services that complement our brow lounge offerings outside of microblading.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality esthetic services aligned with the salon’s service menu, excluding microblading.

• Perform services such as waxing, brow shaping, tinting, lash services, facials, and other skincare treatments as applicable.

• Deliver an elevated client experience through thoughtful consultations and exceptional service.

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism.

• Recommend services and aftercare products based on each client’s individual needs.

• Maintain an organized, luxurious, and fully prepared treatment space.

• Foster long-term client relationships through trust, consistency, and excellent care.

• Support the overall brand image and client experience of Abier’s Brow Lounge.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Ohio Esthetician License.

• Prior professional experience in esthetics, skincare, or luxury beauty services.

• Experience with brow, lash, waxing, and facial services preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

• Excellent communication and client service skills.

• Professional, polished presentation and demeanor.

• Knowledge of proper sanitation, safety, and compliance practices.

• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a high-end salon, spa, or brow studio.

• Established clientele is a plus.

• Strong product knowledge and retail recommendation skills.

• Passion for luxury beauty, skincare, and client care.
